Underwriters are beginning to treat delta exposure history the way earlier industries treated prior stress exposure and maintenance burden.
The question is not whether every subject with high-delta history is uninsurable. It is whether return burden, authority interruption, and reintegration complications can be priced more accurately when exposure records are available. Insurers increasingly think the answer is yes.
That shift will make timing governance more legible to finance, which is usually a sign that a once-specialized concern is hardening into ordinary institutional reality.
