Service manifests now increasingly identify delta-sensitive cargo as its own class.
This is a sign that timing governance is spreading into logistics. Some cargo does not merely need to arrive intact. It needs to arrive without a timing profile that compromises calibration, value, or later handling assumptions. Once operators recognized that distinction, ordinary manifest language stopped being enough.
The new separation should make failures easier to understand when they happen, and harder to dismiss as generic route trouble.
