Secondary Sensor Brokers Now Sell Weather-Priority Bundles

Brokers are packaging observation windows around weather-sensitive demand rather than around raw orbital time alone.

Secondary market brokers have started packaging weather-priority bundles for buyers who care more about specific atmospheric conditions than about generic orbital access.

This is a natural evolution of the market. Many customers do not actually need any thirty-minute slot. They need the right thirty-minute slot inside a narrow environmental envelope. By bundling alternate windows around those constraints, brokers are turning uncertainty into a premium product rather than a source of frustration.

The trend also makes queue politics more legible. Once weather sensitivity becomes a formal product category, operators can no longer pretend that all imaging demand is interchangeable.
