A Protocol Board Paused One Disclosure After Witness Logs Arrived Late

A delayed witness package was enough to stop a planned disclosure sequence until the record could be made whole.

A protocol board has paused one planned disclosure sequence after the witness logs supporting the event arrived later than the rest of the review package.

Nothing in the logs appears alarming. The problem was timing. Once the supporting witness chain ceased to move at the same pace as the disclosure draft, the board judged the record incomplete enough to delay public action. That decision annoyed faster-moving teams, but it also preserved the logic behind the witness layer itself.

If the record can lag without consequence, then witness infrastructure becomes decorative. The pause suggests at least some boards are still unwilling to let that happen.
